Liam’s first foray into the political sphere came in 2018, when he served as an intern on Kathy Jennings’ campaign for Delaware Attorney General. The worthwhile experience further piqued his interest in politics and governance, which helped him solidify his plans to major in Political Science and Sociology at Penn State.
While up in Happy Valley, Liam became heavily involved on the extracurricular side of the University, serving as President of the Liberal Arts Undergraduate Council and as treasurer of Pi Sigma Alpha, the national political science honor society. Additionally, his academic performance earned him membership in Phi Beta Kappa and allowed him to be named Sociology Student Marshal for Penn State’s 2021 Commencement.
After graduating, Liam joined AG Jenning’s re-election campaign, namely in the role of Finance Director. He functioned in a multitude of roles on the campaign team, included but not limited to fundraising, research, and staffing events.
In his free time, you can find Liam reading a good book, at the gym, or rooting on the Phillies and Nittany Lions.
