Prior to joining RWW, Taylor worked as a Community Health Worker in the Sickle Cell Department at Nemours Children’s Hospital, where she provided direct patient support, conducted home visits, and helped families navigate complex healthcare systems. Additionally, her role as a Patient Navigator at the Hepatitis B Foundation involved coordinating medical appointments and delivering health education to at-risk populations. She also served as a Legislative Intern in the Office of U.S. Senator Chris Coons and volunteered on various political campaigns.
Taylor earned her Master’s in Public Health with a concentration in Health Policy and Management from the University of Delaware and holds a Bachelor’s in Public Health from Arcadia University, graduating with departmental honors. In her free time, she is an active member of a dance ministry, enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
